Anti-Spam Policy
As a member of Elixir Safelist, you agree to adhere to our strict no-spam policy. Any act of spam will result in immediate termination of your account. Members are encouraged to report spam if they notice any other member improperly using our service in their efforts.

An Elixir Safelist member may not use the Elixir Safelist name or any Elixir Safelist web address with spam or UBE / UCE (Unsolicited Bulk Email / Unsolicited Commercial Email). Only "double" opt-in lists are considered safe for advertising as opposed to any bulk list. In some cases, use of forums, newsgroups, message boards may be inappropriate. If you have subscribed as a member to these services and you have been given explicit permission to post advertisements with your offer(s), then this is not considered spam. However, if you enter into a message board, forum, newsgroup, or similar, and just blatantly post your offer without permisison, it is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account.

Examples of allowed methods of promotion include banner exchanges, traffic exchange, classified ads, e-zines, double optin safelists, FFA's, email signature files (non-spam), double opt-in lists, Cost-Per-Click (CPC), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and similar.

The use of SPAM is strictly prohibited. Any member found spamming or sending UBE / UCE (Unsolicited Bulk Email / Unsolicited Commercial Email) will be thoroughly investigated. All evidence gathered will be turned over to the proper authorities, their Internet Service Provider, and possibly others. This may result in any of the following to the offending member:

• Termination of their ElixirSafelist.com Account (no refunds!).
• Termination of their E-Mail / Internet Account
• Possibility of class-action lawsuits (spam is illegal in some states).

No Refund Policy
Elixir Safelist has a No Refund policy. Because our affiliates are paid first, we do not ask them to give refunds. We are certain that once you join Elixir Safelist, you will be happy with the results you can get from this list.

Keep in mind that results vary from person to person. In all, your ad copy will dictate how well you do. Also, remember, you are getting a load of features from this safelist. The link tracker alone is priceless. If you are serious about marketing, then you probably already know that a link tracker is pertinent to your marketing endeavors.

NO Automatic Hits Services May Be Used with the Elixir Link Tracker
Use of automatic hits services with the Elixir Link Tracker is not allowed. Use of automated hits services may result in termination of your account. The reason for banning this method of advertising with our Tracker is because these services have proven disruptive to our site and service, degrading all members' experience with the ElixirSafelist.com website.

Regarding Earnings
Elixir Safelist does not guarantee an income or any set amount of earnings. Earnings will vary from person to person depending on their ability to refer new members and help their referrals to do the same.

Any earnings you make are your responsibility for tax purposes. Members are paid instantly and directly by their referrals. Elixir Safelist does not pay any member directly for referrals.

Regarding Automated Referrals
Elixir Safelist includes an automated referral system which may give our members referrals from time to time. However, we do not guarantee you will get any automated referrals at all. The automated referral system is completely random, meaning the potential to gain referrals exists.

To be eligible for automated referrals, your contact email must be confirmed (as part of our double-optin guarantee). If you change your contact email, you are temporarily considered unconfirmed; so it is important that you confirm your contact email as soon as possible.

No Duplicate Accounts
Absolutely no one member may have more than one account. If any member is found to have more than one account, they may lose their membership completey. Having more than one account is considered an attempt to cheat the system.

Regarding Credits
Elixir Safelist uses the credit system to encourage members to remain active, thus providing a very responsive list. Credits are used towards hits to sites of your choice in the form of hit links found in safelist ads. Credits are also used to post to the Member Link Board. Credits are also applied towards the banner rotation system. Credits can be earned by clicking on members' hit links and links found on the Member Link Board. This method of credit use has proven to increase the overall responsiveness of the list.

The amount of credits members can earn is random. The number is based off the the active member count and is a variable number that will change dymamically as the list grows.

The amount of credits deducted for posting hit links, member links and banners is fixed. But these numbers will also change as the list grows.

Members do not need credits to post ads. Ads can be sent out every 48 hours.

No Cheating, Tampering With or Reverse Engineering of the Elixir Safelist System
Any attempt to cheat the system or attempt to gain credits by tampering will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate termination of your account.

Any attempt to by-pass the payment process in any way may result in legal action against you. For the purpose of preventing such acts, all visitors to the site are recorded. Information such as IP address and Internet Service Provider are recorded. All activity is monitored and it is very easy for us to catch anyone attempting to tamper with the system at any moment. So do not even try it.

Absolutely no one will be able to cheat the payment process.

Cheaters and hackers will not be tolerated.

Breaking the Rules May Result In Termination of Your Account
You understand and agree that breaking any of the list rules mentioned here or under the Rules section will result in termination of your membership without refund and you will lose any potential earnings that you may have.

ELIXIRSAFELIST.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS THAT YOU AND/OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER WHEN USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ELIXIRSAFELIST.COM FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. By becoming a member of Elixir Safelist, you agree to these terms. We have the right to change and add to these terms at any time.
